Professional Experience & Affiliations:

Mr. Yops has designed corporate offices, health care facilities, restaurants, religious sanctuaries, retail establishments, financial institutions, schools and universities, libraries, residential settings, and exhibit design. In addition to designing, specifying, and managing large interior projects for architectural firms, contract furniture dealers, and specialty cabinetry shops, Mr. Yops owns and operates his own consulting firm.

Currently, Professor Yops is consulting on exhibit design, lighting layouts, space planning for residential and commercial clientele, and kitchen and bath designs.

Mr. Yops is a past member of the board of directors of the Carolinas Chapter IIDA; V.P. of Government Relations of CCNKBA; and was Chairmen of the Sub-committee of the Endorsed College NKBA Programs. In addition, he sits on two university/college advisory boards, is on the Waynesville Historical Commission, and guest lectures to professional associations and public groups.
