Billing & Payment Info
There are four methods that students and their families may use to pay the university.  These methods are:
  1. Make direct payment to the university by check, cash, or money order.
  2. Students and families may make payment with a credit cardor with Bill+Payment and their checking account.
  3. Students may be eligible for enough financial aid to cover the entire balance.
  4. Students and families may participate in a payment plan.

How Financial Aid will be applied to my account

The WCU Student Accounts Office produces bills for registered students during early July.  If a student has been awarded financial aid, all awards except for Work-Study will be considered as a source of funds that will cover the balance.  The bill will list all university charges and estimated credits (expected financial aid) and only ask the student to pay any balance not covered by the estimated aid.  Any money due after financial aid awards have been considered, must be sent to the Student Accounts Office at 119 Killian Annex, Cullowhee, NC 28723  by the payment deadline indicated on the bill to avoid having classes cancelled.

You may receive details about this option by contacting the OneStop at (828) 227-7170.
